ASSOCIATION OF PRIVATE RAIL CAR OWNERS Representatives of the National Railroad Hall of Fame attended the annual meeting of the American Association of Private Rail Car Owners in September 2008 at San Pedro, California. The association promotes the operation, ownership, and enjoyment of the private passenger railcar.
